I contacted Costco about the issue, and Costco contacted Whirlpool. I was then scheduled for a service appointment through the Whirlpool-authorized service provider in South Florida for Thursday, April 30, between 12:00 p.m. and 3:00 p.m. I took time off from work to be available. However, the technician did not arrive in my community until approximately 3:30 p.m. Even more frustrating, he did not enter my home or inspect the dishwasher. Instead, he called me while sitting outside and told me that the warranty had expired. This is very bad customer service.

Alexis, is pleasant, quick and gets the job done. We have been dealing with this issue for months... he diagnosed the issue immediately, ordered the part, and repaired the appliance.

Jeremy was great! He gave us some tips on how get our appliance ready for the repair. He rearranged his schedule to accommodate our needs and made sure that the repair didn't need to be rescheduled.

He was very explicit and I understood everything he said. I was surprised the pamphlet is just general information and that I wasn’t instructed al least with the basics of my type of machine the day if installation. I wasn’t even asked if I had some questions. I’d appreciate if this technician or somebody call or text me because I have a couple of questions I thought of recently. Thanks

Jeremy was great! There were some issues with the office calling /texting and it wasn’t Jeremy and it was on the weekend. But Jeremy was efficient and very good at his job and knowledgeable.

Jeremy was most talented and knowledgeable, in diagnosing remedy to our refrigerator noise. He was respectful and won our confidence. Jeremy’s customer courtesy is serving to none, and he is a great representative for Flamingo Appliance. We will ask for him the next time we need service.
