the technician was impatient, short tempered and did not even make a half hearted attempt to fix our problem. upon hearing the noise from our refrigerator he spent a total of under 10 minutes at our home . most of the time having me fill out a waiver which he immediately gave me because he did not want to pull out our refrigerator. he used his drill on the bottom of the refrigerator for 2 minutes after telling me we needed a plumber to work on waterlines in the back of the unit. he was basically annoyed at my questions and showed no interest or concern. the noise is still apparent and we will notify Whirlpool and Costco. The unit was installed properly by whoever Whirlpool or Costco sent. the noise did not happen for months and recently occurred. 2 former technicians from your company came out to fix this issue and failed. he was the worst. He did speak with, what I assume was his supervisor on the phone about the video I provided him with the sound so I assume your company is well aware of this nightmare I experienced.
