I had an extended warranty contract that was serviced by another company it took months to get replacement parts and I still did not have a working stand alone ice maker. I found out Rosners had switched back to Flamingo to use for extended warranty Thank goodness in two weeks I had fully repaired machine. Ken was very professional and knowledgeable. Did a great job!
