According to my mom (she does not speak English) whose dryer he serviced, he was a very nice young man who knew very well what he was doing. She was impressed by how fast he found what the problem was and the solution, and how courteous he was. Kuddos to this young man for behaving as an 83 yr. old little old lady would expect him to!!
