Josh took care of business. Was super polite and professional. Addressed the issue completely. Also nice to to see that he protected the areas around the fridge and floor where he was working. Even though we have a sour taste with our first whirlpool appliance, Josh’s visit was pleasant even though the unit needs to be replaced.
