Joey my service tech was amazing, he attempted twice to fix my microwave My microwave catches green beans and chicken on fire within 7 seconds Whirlpool told Joey that it is the green beans and chicken not the microwave Microwave heats water and makes popcorn Needless to say I am petrified of using my microwave that is only 14 months old

Michael was great--professional, efficient, and understanding. We had a great experience, and he was able to make minor adjustments to make our new fridge perfect. Would definitely recommend and use again in the future. I also appreciate how easy it was to schedule an appointment. Thank you!

Joseph could not have been more professional and helpful. I didn’t rate the experience a 5 because i think $189 for less than an hours worth of work is crazy. $149 just to drive up is excessive. I would recommend $149 for the first hour and anything after that - additional. $149 just to walk in the door. Really? Joseph was a 5 star all the way. Your fees. 2-3 stars

Employee was very personable, quick to diagnosis the issue and able to replace part to get us up and cooling again. He was courteous. Called when he was 20 minutes out. Was punctual and friendly to speak with. Cudos to Joseph Gamache!
