Roy called ahead of time to notify me when he would arrive and was prompt each time. He practiced safety precautions wearing a mask and put shoe coverings on. Very knowledgeable and took time to explain to me what the issue was with my stovetop. Then walked me through what was needed to repair the issue, how long it would take and cost to repair. He returned promptly with parts and did an excellent job. Again explaining what he had to do as he went along. Excellent customer service.
