"Replaced lower trim and right side side trim to oven door due to old one being damaged and the glass being out of place/loose due to the damage trim. After replacement of parts reinstalled door, door looks as designed and glass no longer loose and out of place. Tested all components and all components working as designed. Unit checks good up to manufacturer specs"

"NO 2ND TECHNICIAN WAS NEEDED FOR REPAIRS. Replaced control board, turn table motor with support due to microwave not turning and actually finding a burn mark on the original control board. After replacement of parts, tested microwave found no cavity light turns on, turn table motor rotating as designed and microwave heating as designed. All components fully functioning and unit running to manufactures specs. Customer pointed out that bulb underneath is out and the lamp holder cover was uninstalled. Customer stated previous technician was going to fix it and was one that removed the cover to attempt to replace bulb. Customer did not have a bulb to install and screw for the lamp cover holder was missing. Was able to locate screw and reinstall the cover, and per FSS going to DIRECT SHIP NEW BULB to customer for customer to install. Advised cx to unplug microwave before installing new bulb; ordrng 1 DS8206232A (40W LIGHT BULB, MW)"

Troubleshoot unit found no error codes stored. Tested dryer and found dryer ignites but flame not consistent and not heating as should on a timed dry high heat cycle. Tested Thermistor and found Thermistor out of range. Customer also has very restricted airflow when dryer vent hose is connected. When testing dryer without dryer vent hose connected dryer then had great airflow. Advised to clean out vent or replaced vent hose as vent hose gets a little kinked up when pushing dryer back into wall. Need to order new parts and return to install; ordrng 1 WP8577274 (Thermistor) and 1 W11531525 (Control)

"Fcc. Troubleshoot unit found all working as designed. Customer believes freezer door is not shutting as the ones that are on floor model at retailer where it was purchased. Tested various times and found freezer door is closing properly. Customer says otherwise. Contacted whirlpool techline and spoke with Rich. Relayed findings to rich and rich informed about the design of the door. Rich informed and instructed to raise feet a little higher and for customer to put some more weight/items on the door shelves to better close, although it is closing correctly without the weight or needing to adjust feet. Still raised left side a little and customer did put some weight on door and appears to have gotten better for cx. Tested all components all check good unit running to manufactures specs. Was provided SR#SR#7738598654"

Found unit not cooling at all after sealed system repair. Customer stated unit cooled perfectly for about 5 days. Evacuated system and found system empty. Ran 140 psi of nitrogen through system and sprayed bubble solution on all joints. Found there was small leak at process stub on Compressor. Sealed the leak. Vaccumed and then charged with 6oz of r134a. Could feel unit beginning to cool. Advised cx give 24 hours for unit to reach maximum temp.
