Unit in is not defrosting properly. I asked consumer to turn off unit and let it defrost. I will need to replace the fan assy.; ordrng 1 W11224591 (Fan assy)

Gasket was reversed and is not touching the liner on the left side. Gasket is also deformed on the corner. I installed a new gasket and made sure the gasket touched liner. No other issues found.

Customer had unit pulled out and unplugged. I removed back cover. Removed all electrical components connected to the main control. Installed new main and reversed engeenered the process. Connected unit to power and tested unit. No other issue found after replacing the main control.

Light module inside the freezer was not operating. Turned off power to unit and removed module and rocker switch. Turned on power and cheked light. Light module is fully operational and working as designed. I also removed both handles and tighten the inner screws as well the the handle. .adequate sure both handles where on tight.

Turned off water to unit and removed water lines. Removed back cover and ui panel. Removed and replaced water valve. Installed new water valve and reassemble water lines turned on water and tested components. No abnormal noises heard and more importantly no leaks. Unit is fully operational. Spoke fss about issue with payment. Discounted approved by Dylan.
