The customer complaint dishwasher is not working. Checked the dishwasher found sump and motor assembly is open from normal wear and tear. Replaced the sump and motor assembly to correct the issues. Tested the dishwasher. There is no water leaking from the tub or dishwasher. The dishwasher has passed all tests and is working as designed.

The customer complaint freezer is not cooling properly. Checked the temp in freezer it's reading 42 degrees. Checked the temperature in the fresh food section it's 38 degrees. Found a block of ice on top of the evaporator coils in the freezer. The refrigerator has a restriction in the seal system. The customer advised the tech they will pay for the visit when the job is done.; ordrng 1 W11035643 (Evaporator) and 1 W11109499 (Drier) and 1 W11429989 (Solenoid) and 1 00000 (Nitrogen tank)

"The customer complaint the washer lid is not locking. Also there is no water entering into the spin basket. Checked the washer for stored error codes have a F7 E4, and F5 E4. Checked the error codes and cleared them. Found the lid strike is defected from normal wear and tear. Replaced the lid strike to correct the issues. Checked the washer found it will sense than go to washer is complete. Need the slider and clutch assembly to correct the issues. ; ordrng 1 W10754448 (Clutch) and 1 W10734521 (Slider)"

The customer is complaining about the washer vibrate really bad. Checked the washer for stored error codes there are none. Checked the damper assembly it's in good condition. Tested the washer with four towels in a rinse and spin cycle. During the test the washer is working as designed. The customer is having a loads problem. Advised and showed the customer how to properly load the washer and select the proper cycles for the clothes. (FCC).

The customer complaint the dryer is making a loud noise during any cycle. Checked the dryer found the blower wheel is broken from normal wear and tear. Replaced the blower wheel to correct the issues. Tested the dryer it's not making any loud noise. The dryer is heating and working as designed.

Joshua performed some much needed repairs to our washing machine. He called prior to the two service appointments he made and showed up for both when he said he would---"not" a typical response for most of the Florida appliance repair techs that we've dealt with. The first appt. he used to diagnose several problems with our unit and to order the required replacement parts, and the second one he used to professionally and promptly install these parts. The machine runs like new!
It was a pleasure dealing with him and we would highly recommend him.
