Had great service, it just took a long time to get back out here after order part. Took a whole 10 minutes changing out the part. But I’m glad they are busy as kind people and ones that are on time when promised is hard to find

Tech was on time, worked fast and fixed the problem!

Yervant called 20 minutes prior to his arrival to let me know he was en route. He arrived at around 9 am (which was within the timeframe indicated) to replace parts on our washer. He was very pleasant and would recommend him for any future repair services.

Teck came out. For washing machine not draining. After he left a tenant tried to use washer still not draining. Called tech and he has ignored me. If appears now that I have to start over and contact Wirlpool. Not a good way to do business
