I’m not satisfied.The problem with my refrigerator is that I have a drawer that falls from the track. He never took the drawer out he never took the rack out. He looked at it and said I have too much weight in the drawer. The drawer was not even half full. Extremely dissatisfied

F5 and E3 kept showing in cycle time window, with accompanying noise.Technician determined through his computer that machine had a short and repair would cost over $800. I pleaded with him to adjust the fee so that I could afford the repair, but he refused. He left the house. I am left with a broken, unusable machine and absolutely no answers.

I purchased a brand new Whirlpool range from Lowe’s and unfortunately, it didn’t work properly! It would not function on broil or bake. Imagine my concern as I was expecting five guests to arrive for a five day visit!! Fortunately, Flamingo came to the rescue just in time. They brought the part that needed replacement with them and in no time my range was perfectly fixed. I was extremely pleased with the great service I received and recommend them highly. As this was a new purchase, the range as fixed free of charge.

Joey sent me a text as to why he would arrive and called me 30 minutes prior to arriving. - He replaced the User Interface panel and took care not to damage the washing machine. - I asked various questions and he took the time to answer them and explain how the UI worked, etc.,. - If I ever need our laundry machines worked on I would very much like to have Joey be the technician!!

The tech did nothing to resolve issue. A buzzing sound randomly happens and he didn’t attempt to repair. The noise is loud and unacceptable. Didn’t seem to want to attempt to fix.

Question authority to invalidate a warranty

I was told by Mr. Buchinsky that the reason the electronics in our dishwasher would not work is that we had a bug infestation. Our pest control technician came in the following day and found no evidence of bug/pest infestation ie no wings, no debris, no fracas only one lone bug under the sink. Mr Buchinsky said that our warranty with KitchenAid was invalidated even though looking at the warranty contract there is no mention of pest infestation as an invalidating factor. He also said initially that we would have to have the house treated and wait for 3 months to have the dishwasher repaired totally at our expense because KitchenAid would know longer cover the electronics. When I questioned the 3 month wait he spoke to someone and was told we would not have to wait that long.I regret that I signed his form without know what he wrote. I had just a blank last sheet to sign. I am writing to KitchenAid to ask if he has the authority to break their contract. Since we have had our house under a contract for pest control for over 4 years and they come to spray every two months, I am inclined to trust the pest control technician evaluation as it seems unlikely that we would have a total house pest infestation which is what Mr. Buchinsky stated.

The dishwasher to be serviced was at my tenants. She told me that he looked at the machine, which wasnt drying dishes a nd said "thatsjust the way this machine is". Suggested using a drying agent but said otherwise nothing he could do. I will follow up with Home Depot

Call center people were only able to read off a script. Turn around time from initial call to job completion was unacceptable, about four weeks. No one was felixable in getting the job done when the part came in damaged. The only bright spot was the repair person Tom when he came out to install the part. These remarks do do not reflect the service he provided.
