Jessica repaired our refrigerator and she was excellent! The appointment set up wasn’t great. I wish you wouldn’t get an email that the part needed was in and then have to schedule another appointment to repair. If you don’t notice the email quickly you will be waiting longer/more days with a broken appliance. There should be a phone call and attempt to repair the same day the part arrives.

I was charged $98 just for a technician to look at my dishwasher and tell me what was broken. It will be another $135 to finally fix it and another $37 for the parts! Even if repairs are expensive, at the very least, the service charge to look at the appliance should be cheaper. The technician was nice and showed up on time, but I was not notified his diagnosis would be so expensive until he called to confirm he was on his way.

SR#: 7727984531 could not get unit to create oder on this visit. ran both ovens. on and off entire visit. no smells. documented for the last time with techline. advised me nothing in that oven can create that smell. advised me that he nor techline has ever gotten this type of phone call on these units. Jennair is not paying us for these visits anymore. supposed to collect 134.95 this visit. not charging as courtesy but putting a note on Customer file to collect 134.95 before coming out on any future trips. no signiture due to covid 19 protocol.

It also bothers the customers eyes, she feels that both her ovens are letting off toxic smell, and worries it may affect the food.
