The young man that come to our home did not bother to look at what was wrong with the washer, He gave me a lecture of how to use the machine and wanted me to show him what laundry soap and use and told me to clean the masher. I am a clean person, and my washer was clean. He told me to that the front load washer always leak that there is nothing wrong with that. We have been problems with this machine since we bought it. We have call several times without any success. The young man made me very uncomfortable believe that he thought that because we are latino we don't know how to use an expensive washer. The first technician was good, put a cover on his shoes before he enter the house and he easy to talk to. But the 2nd technician is just rude. He called me and said that he is coming early than my appointment time, and be here in 30mins. I waited at least another 12mins for him not to mention I have to take off work because he don’t follow the appointment time. And then he came in without shoes cover, and he acted like I wasting his time when he asked me to take all the meat from the freezer which is only took me not even a minute. And then he asked me if I have any friend that can take all my frozen items so it won’t go bad? I said no. Then his findings and suggestion is to turn the fridge off or unplug for 72hrs and then wait another 24hrs before putting anything. And I said 4days without fridge??! And he said that’s all you can do right now. So I’m not really happy about the service and I wish that whirfool pick a different company.

Removed the old thermistor with control and isntalled a new thermistor with main control. Tested unit and it is up to normal operations at this time. Advised customer to monitor the unit and call us back if cooling fails.

So if its mixed loads it might think everything is dry when its not if a sock is hitting the sensor instead of the jeans.
