Chris (from Flamingo) provided an amazing customer service, although it’s the third time he had to come to fix the same problem with our refrigerator, the problem was not with the quality of his service but the guidance he received from whirlpool. On the other hand, whirlpool customer service is awful, they refuse to acknowledge their product is defective despite hundreds of customers describing the exact same problem. Just don’t buy Kitchenaid refrigerators or convection oven microwave.

The tech came to the house with no experience he read the direction on a computer and said your ice maker is broke. I stated when I called it was broke and needed to be replaced. Instead of bringing a new one he charges me 134.00 and said it would be another 169.00 plus parts to come back in 2 weeks. Absolute rip off.

I would never buy again an Amana appliance. They are absolutely old technology. The oven didn't include the switch that turns the light on when the oven door has opened. I would have bought separately and nobody told me when I bought it. I figured it out after the installation. It's just ridiculous!
