He went above snd beyond to not only fix my refrigerator but to try after fixing it for at the very least six times to speak to whirlpool on my behalf. I hope he’s always my tech. He’s top notch!!

The rep that I talked to initially had a picture of the broken cover and could have saved a month of time and a needless trip by the repairman if he just ordered the cover right away instead of having the repairman come out to see the same thing he had a picture of. Also, long wait times for appointments and parts. Repairman was excellent.
