Al is great, knows his jobs and does it perfectly. My only complaint is that I had to wait 3 weeks for the parts, no loner of a refrigerator, and we were last call of the day on both the first visit to find out what was wrong and to get it fixed. All costs were under warranty so my rating on cost /price is not correct.

The technician was awesome, polite, very knowledgeable and very efficient. However, the company does not have enough personal and needs to hire more people like David, because I had to wait three day to have the diagnostic, and a week to have the parts installed. The technician was booked way ahead, not having an opening for half an hour job. Being without a refrigerator for 10 days is terrible (especially in summer) and something like that , should have been fixed much faster. Just hiring more people can bring this company to a full "5 star" level.
