The technician, Joshua was very professional. He called to tell me he was on his way. Was very careful to wear mask and booties and clean his hands well due to COVID 19. He diagnosed the issue with air leak in freezer and resealed the cabinet. Hopefully it will fix the issue of icing up. Flamingo did a great job.

Joshua showed up timely, was professional and well groomed. Listened while problem was explained. Took some time to take a look and dx issue. Spent some time opening back and repairing what he believed problem was. Care was taken by him throughout his time spent. Problem appeared to have been resolved as he explained screws on the compressor had been loose, causing it to vibrate and hence noise increase when on. Lets hope screws don't back out again. Repaired under warranty. Thank you

Joshua was very thorough and he went over and above making sure my oven was fixed properly. What I was most appreciative for, was he was proactive! Over the phone, Joshua listened the issues I was having asked a lot of detailed questions then order parts that needed to be installed and reschedule my visit. This allowed me to only have to take one day off of work to have the repairs completed. He had to take my oven out of the wall and apart.
