The technician that was first sent here was horrible. I had to keep calling to see when he would show (over an hour late 3 times and never called to day he was running late) and when he got here I had to make him wash his hands before going into my fridge. Manager never called back to address my complaints. I had to call Whirlpool, who then had a different tech come out (who was very good) to resolve the issue that was going on for a month.

This is not against the tech but against the unhelpful people I had to call 4 times. The tech was an hour and a half late, and I kept getting the run around from every person I spoke to. I left work early to be home for this, and it got to the point where I had to go and pick up my kids from daycare. I flat out refused to pay full price given the awful experience. The tech agreed to just charge me the fee for coming out.
