Had issues with a new refrigerator we purchased a Lowe's and contacted them. Lowe's turned us over to the Whirlpool warranty department and they sent Flamingo appliances out to take a look. It was a great experience as they communicated with us when they were coming, showed up on time, were very professional and fixed the issues. Great experience for sure!

Unfortunately we have had to have him here three or four times over the last two years because we have a piece of crap Whirlpool refrigerator that is only two years old and keeps failing. He told us not to use the metal shelf in the microwave, however, we have been using it since 2017 when we bought this new one and for years on the old one. We still don't understand why we had the arcing when we did not change a thing. Wish we had a more plausible explanation.
