Service ok, but the issue I told him about is still not resolved. I told him the washing cycle is taking hours to complete. His testing didn’t show the real problem. He has to let the machine run its full course to verify the real problem. I paid for parts I probably didn’t need. It all started with an unbalanced tub. After each service, he had to return because he didn’t have the parts on his truck to fix.

Washer was down now for a month they come once a week to do everything even if the washer is not working that you guys fixed still not working should be coming Monday 29 for service again seem problem I think they should just give me a new washer to long with out a washer an it causing me a pretty much to go out and wash elsewhere it should only take about 4 days to repair a washer but you guys take a month or more to long to service

The Tech called ahead for early access, which I liked . He determined the appliance was good. It was the electrical outlet that didn’t work. He plugged the stove in a different outlet and showed it working.

OVEN WHIRLPOOL WFG505M0BS3 "Q 1-2 NO. No signature due to COVID. The bottom part of the oven caught on fire. The reason was due to too much grease. The unit itself is working good. WASHER AMANA NTW4516FW3 Q 1-2 NO. No signature due to COVID. The unit is still under warranty. I took a pic of the dop. The reason the unit is not working is due to the drain hoase being too low and the water is syphoning out. I raised the drain hose where it should be and calibrated the unit. I explained to the Customer how to load the unit so it does not go off balance. I also explained to her that she could use the drain and spin just to spin the clothing out if it does go off balance.
