I was extremely difficult for my building to get a Certificate of Insurance from Sharon R. Myers of Furman Insurance Risk Management, it took five days. This made it difficult for Chris to enter my building both times he came here, which wasn't fair to him. He works in many condo buildings in his service area of Coconut Grove, Brickell and Key Biscayne and getting this Certificate to these buildings should be seamless. Shame on you! The five star rating is for Chris, NOT your management or Furman Insurance who failed miserably.

Flamingo has been out to my house 4 times and still the issue is not 100 % resolves. Marcelo told me my dryer vent duct (out to the roof) was 100% constricted. When my husband got home we moved the dryer forward and did the test again and it showed air pulling. So it wasn’t what he said. We adjusted the dryer hose. Still the dryer is not working to it’s full potential. It is impossible for someone to come out here for 30 minutes and determine certain things. I use these appliances day in and day out. My washer is also still making a weird noise. If I don’t ask him to put the washer through the different cycles he would of left and kept saying he didn't hear any noise. I did show him a video of the problem but that wasn’t enough for him. The entire time he was on the phone with his supervisor, it sounded like he was more interested in looking good instead of fixing the issue. I’m not saying he was rude by all means he was very polite but he would say something to me and then get on the phone with the company and tell them that there was no noice and that I just wanted the appliances replaced. Yes, I do because this is ridiculous what whirlpool and flamingo have put me through. My washer and dryer are 3 months old and they have been repaired 3 times. Tell me if you think that is fair???????

I then had to hire a separate service to complete the needed work. It became an expensive process to get the work completed.

I was pleasantly surprised in service dept being able to call night before and give me a 3 hour window The agent sent to my home was on time very polite, knowledgeable, and pleasant The next day. I discovered problem with my washer. As soon as CORVID-19 problem is resolved, I plan on calling flamingo and requesting same repair person to fix my washer
