Diagnosed unit found unit is in spin cycle adjusted suspension tested unit with customer present all checks ok unit is working o factory standard

"took unit apart and replced blower wheel and motor,then remounted and secured everything,and tested unit operation,all tested ok(REQUEST EXTRA LABOR AUTH#)"

"took unti apart and replaced control and Ui,then when i went to test unit,control board shorted right away,checked volatge at out and volateg was good,unit getting 120volts,advised customer i will have to reprder control and harness; ordrng 1 w11614514 (control) and 1 w11700916 (latch) and 1 w11478526 (UI) and 1 w11396717 (pump) and 1 w11568984 (harness)"
