Danny was very personable, thorough and conscientious during the servicing visit. The problem ultimately requires a new part, which needed to be ordered (so still not resolved), but Danny was very responsive on his cell when the dryer stopped working again. During the visit he was good about explaining the issue and also just general information about the dryer itself. He also was very clean and careful.

You were going through my apartment for 3 months. My machine made noises it never made before. And why your asóciate is leaving before checking that machine is working is beyond my understanding. Saying check if it works and call me if you have problems. Every single employee of yours told me about different problem. And nobody figured it out. You ruined that washer to the point I had to go and buy a new one. I would never deal with you again. And I honestly forgot to write a review so I would spare someone from you and your people. I understand this is your survey and you are trying to improve. But on 2 separate occasions you failed miserably. You need the whole entire new stuff as nobody and they were many fixed anything. Instead they broke more. Funny thing one of your guys from the very first times I used your service( not this occasion)gave me his phone number saying that you charge 100 dollars every time they are called and just to call him and pay him the money directly and that he will fix it cheaper. Not only he lied. But he is dishonest with your company. I will never use your company again and will tell everybody to stay away.
