Two visits from Flamingo. First one fixed the leak of water that was freezing in the bottom of the freezer and ordered a part. On the return visit to install the part (taking about 2 and 1/2 hours) a bowl of water was out in the freezer and we were told when it froze it was safe to put the food back in. Technician also said this was a manufacturer’s defect. As of today, 48 hours later, the freezer is not functioning at all and the refrigerator compartment is now not cooling sufficiently. We are now in an additional 48 hour wait for the next step. Why would Maytag/Home Depot sell something with a know. Manufacturer’s defect!!! $815 paid in full less than 30 days ago and my mother still has no refrigerator.
