Arrived on time, installed the new part, efficient, friendly, and professional. Only problem is it didn’t work! Freezer not cold enough and won’t make ice.
It took 2 weeks for appointment to diagnose, 2 more weeks for appointment to order and install the part. When it didn’t work, 2 more weeks for next appointment. Not satisfactory!
4 stars for Santiago, no stars for company for service.
