We have a JennAir cooktop that has given us so many problems. We were lucky to find Flamingo Appliance. They sent Alexis to our home to fix our cooktop. Line crack on fridge door that is cosmetic and not causing any issue for unit. I recommend customer to keep glass under ice/water dispenser after releasing pad. This will help to make sure that ice/water goeas everywhere. Some ice will shoot out. I recommend customer to put wine bottle on shelf, not the door unless he has other bottle thats wedge together from bottles falling over. Also thin line crack on top edge of rt door. No issue that will cause unit to fail. Its a cosmetic issue. All doors are sealing. Cust may want to dump ice once in awhile to keepclogging down. Excessive detergent usage. Adrian was able to tell me how to change how much soap is being dispensed. Customers setting was on 2 for most soap going in. I was told to change setting to 4. Also once in awhile, customer needs to pull drawer out and clean dispenser hole and nozzle. Unit is working fine. No to q1,q2. No sign due to covid-19 protocol."
