I felt the technician was a jerk. He wouldn’t give me a straight answer as to what was wrong with my dishwasher. He was sent because this was a brand new unit and it has some sort of damage. I don’t even know what the extent of the damage is because he wouldn’t give me a direct response. The store that I purchased this dishwasher from hired flamingo to evaluate what was wrong and yet the tech would not even talk to the store representative. He said he had to call his company and refused to answer my questions. I wouldn’t let this guy back in my house ever. Nor would I ever hire flamingo for any future repairs based on this experience.

The repair person ok. No issue with him. Very unhappy with Maytag. The “fix” should have been on their troubleshooting guide or online. Pressing and holding a button should not require a repair person.

First of all, I was totally impressed with Flamingo Appliance Service due to all the follow-ups they did prior to the technician arriving. Never had such good work done by an office when getting repairs. And James was the BEST! He was nice, polite, efficient, and very nice attitude dealing with older customers. Washer still not working

Flamingo has been the worse customer service I have ever experienced. Flamingo has come out four times and each time they don’t fix the problem. One time they said it was fixed and it wasn’t. Service tech watches a how to video on YouTube. I can’t believe this is taking so long the washer is clearly a lemon that needs to be replaced. I feel like tech people get paid to come out and don’t care if product gets fixed. The more times they come out the more they get paid. I hope that whoever reads this review actually doesn’t something to help me the customer and fix or replace this product immediately

came out put his computer on the washing machine and stood there telling me that is the way the water level should be in these new machine and for the dryer he used a screw driver to pry the closer opening further apart which nothing happened there either was here for about 15 fifteen minute and left saying that's all he could do for me NOTHING

Spoke with Joel File# 7728438251-- Found loose pin from factory brown wire to the connector at fresh food. Removed ice built up at evap. Tested unit and it is now fully operational.
