Christopher Padilla is great. But the service call was unacceptable. In making the appointment your representative required the model and serial number on the stove and the problem - the top burners worked fine but the oven would not heat on either bake or broil. Flamingo knew as soon as you had the numbers that there were no parts available for our old stove and therefore it couldn't be fixed. And yet you sent your service man out and charged me $90 to tell me that it couldn't be fixed. What a rip off.

Judging from reviews, my opinion is one of many: the high pitched sound is detrimental to brain and hearing function. It persists throughout every drying cycle of my new ventless dryer. The model I purchased was designed in 2018, and your company made no reference to the problem in your online ads or the owner’s manual. I will be reporting the significance of this troubling issue, unless your company will buy back my dryer so that I may purchase a safe ventless dryer from another company.
