HE DID A GREAT JOB, BUT FLAMINGO COULD'VE BEEN BETTER. IT TOOK 3 TIMES TO COME BACK. EACH TIME IT WAS FOR A FAILED PART. MY COMPLAINT ABOUT FLAMINGO IS THEY DIDNT TRACK THE PART AND GO THE EXTRA MILE TO CALL TO SET UP AN APPT SINCE THERE WAS 2 DIFFERENT COMEBACKS. ON COMBACKS THEY SHOULD BE MORE ATTENTIVE. THEY PART CAME IN AND I HAD TO WAIT ANOTHER WEEK BEFORE THEY WOULD SCHDULE ME. I HAD TO CALL TO SCHEDUEL THE APPT. THE FIRST COMEBACK THEY MADE ME RECALL THE SERVICE COMPANY AND RESET UP A CLAIM BECAUSE THE CLAIM WAS CLOSED THEN WAIT A WEEK FOR SERVICE AND THEN WAIT 3 WEEKS FOR THE PART . ALL IN ALL IT WAS A MONTH AND A HALF BEFORE THE UNIT WAS COMPLETED. THEY ARE A GOOD COMPANY BUT THEY NEED TO HANDLE COMBEBACKS BETTER.

Our repairman was on time and very courteous. He fixed the door that didn't close properly. However, there is a piece of trim missing which he didn't replace or order for replacement. However, I didn't point it out to him.
