After paying 135 dollars for a visit, the technician found out that the issue was a piece of broken glass inside the pipe. Until there, everything ok, but he charged me an extra 30 dollars to “remove” a 2 inches piece of glass as labor. Over the 135 visit fee. Definitely, not fair!

DRYER WHIRLPOOL WED6620HC1 Q 1-2 NO. No signature due to COVID. The vent hose on the unit was off. I reinstalled the hose and tested the unit. Unit is working good. The Customer also noticed that the celing and tp section of the wall had water marks due to the heat from the dryer all in the room. The room when I arrived was very warm and wet.
