I have had Russell as a technician twice now. He has been nothing but helpful with helping me figure out the problem with my ice machine. The first time he came he helped me fix the problem that had persisted for a while. The second time he came to change my ice maker and he did it all in a timely matter. I would recommend him to anyone who has a problem with their refrigerator or ice machine.

Russell was very understanding when it came to helping me with my ice maker. He helped me super quick and helped me fix the problem with telling me what to do when the ice maker stopped working again. Overall I would recommend not only calling for flamingo appliances but for Russell as well.
