They don't know the meaning of "customer satisfaction!"

This is the 2nd time I've had to contact Flamingo about a problem that was washer/dryer related. The first time, I had to go without my 4 mo old washer for 11 days while they ordered the part and then scheduled service 6 days (not counting the weekend) later. This time, it was the pedestal drawers that were starting to bow. When I received the email stating what time they would be out to replace them, I immediately called the office and spoke with Mita or Vita? The range for service was between 2-5. I told her we had to go out, but we'll be home by 4:30 and to schedule the Tech closer to that time frame. Well, that time came and went, so I checked the doorbell cam and sure enough, there was the Tech at the door at 2:45! I called service and then had to reschedule the appt, waiting another 8 (not sure) days for them to come back. Apparently, the various departments do not communicate with one another and if they do or did, they failed to tell me that the Tech couldn't make it at 4:30. I have no problem with the Techs that do the actual work. They've both been competent and just great. It's the office staff that really needs to go. And they need to be able to schedule service calls with much less wait time, especially when it involved a critical appliance like a washer or dryer! Bottom line, I WOULD NOT recommend Flamingo to anyone!!
