Juan was very good. He had been out before and worked in the freezer. And it got better after his visit last year. He took his time a looked and the freezer door and watched the way it closed. He made a few adjustment to the door. And it seemed to be closing better. He took picture before and after his service/adjustment . He told me if the problem comes up again to call immediately. Which I will do as the warranty will be ending in December. Juan was Very Good and very professional .
