"Q1NOQ2NO, Customer signature not required due covi19 protocol, Customer stated the unit is making noise, check unit and founded the noise coming through the capillary tube to the FC evaporator, SP #: W11667932, also is dispencing water but the dual water valve is humming to loud, Remove the evaporator cover and adjust the capillary tube, install the mastic pad on factory position, replaced the dual valve and tested, no more noise, unit is working as designed."
