The technician that came was a very nice guy and exhibited great customer service. However, the problem with my dishwasher was not identified and it’s still tripping the breaker. The part recommended did not solve the issue after assuring me that he was certain he identified the problem after multiple “test.” This is the second technician that I paid to come diagnose and fix the problem and it’s frustrating because I could have just purchased a new dishwasher by now. Everything seems like a guessing game with appliance technicians and the customer has to pay $100+ to get someone out to fix and identify what could be a “new” problem.

Mr. DeLine called and gave us the time he would be arriving to service my washer and dryer. He arrived when he said he would, worked on the appliances, repaired them and answered all the questions my husband and I had. He was professional, personable and knowledgeable. He is an assest to Flamingo Appliance. One company policy I liked about using Famingo Appliance is that they included a picture of Mr. DeLine when they emailed me an appointment reminder. In this day and time it's peace of mind - one can't be too careful.

One his first Dennis determined the problem and pointed out some other things that needed attention. He didn’t have the part ( a replacement ice maker) so he ordered the part and scheduled the service call for 2 days later. He came and installed the part, realigned the doors and tightened the freezer door handle. He worked quickly and efficiently. Thank you for a job well done.

Called in work order on 12 Aug. Repair person came out and found the problem with the freezer the same week and order and installed a new compressor on the 16th but no freeonl Came back on 27 Aug and put freeon in freezer. On 28 Aug checked the freezer and it is still not freezing or coolingl. Called Whirlpool on 28 Aug for another work order. Next date for repair person is 3 Sept. A long time to get the freezer repaired.
