Called for service repair. Brand new refrigerator (still) isn't running efficiently. It doesn't work at all. Whirlpool. Guy came to my house, stuck some device inside of it, and said, oh, it's fine. "Supposed to run 80% of the day" !!! Really? He did nothing.

Technician appeared to be looking up instructions for repair and unfamiliar with issue or product. When he left the unit, microwave, did not work. Complaint as faulty and inconsistent display. When I called back, I left two voicemails on technicians f=phone. Did not hear back. When I called 900 number I was told 3 days until a technician could return. We will see what happens and what the quality of the next attempt is is.
