Tyler was a very courteous young man. He was very knowledgeable and understood the problem with our washer. He ordered the necessary parts and worked quickly to make the repairs. His portion of our experience was excellent. However, the scheduling process could be improved. Waiting to be given a window of time and trying to reschedule it was a challenge. I ended up caught in a loop of being told I have to wait to be given an appointment window of time and only then I can call to reschedule. Then to be told them that if I can’t be there when the tech comes out, the appointment will be automatically be rescheduled. It’s not be very time efficient for neither myself nor the responding tech. It would have been less frustrating to talk to a person who could actually work with me on setting a window that would benefit us both.
The service man was very helpful. I appreciate his professionalism.

Jerome, was the pinnacle of home service agents; and Believe me, I have a great number of experiences, over 45 years. He was extremely professional and thorough, plus he actually had experience and demonstrated that he knew what he was doing. When I discover talented Professionals like Jerome, I suggest to the employer, like now, that they are elevated in pay scale and position to teach this level of customer service. Jeromes approach and obvious pre- preparation are not intuitive skills. These skills need to be “taught” to people and Jerome is the right person to set that example, and instruct future service agents. Trust me, I am not easily impressed, and have written several eviscerating reviews in the past with poor service experiences. However I also go above and beyond with sharing my overwhelming appreciation and recognition of outstanding service and agents like Jerome.
