THIS IS NOT A RECALL TOTALLY DIFFERENT ISSUES. The customer complaint washer us not filling or draining the water out of the spin basket. Found the wire for the drain hose is defected from normal wear and tear. Causing the washer not to drain the water out. Found the red wire for the fill valve was chewed in half from a mouse or a rat. Replaced the water valve wire harness to correct the issues. Tested the drain pump it working as designed. The washer is filling with water with no issues. The washer has passed all test and is working as designed.

The customer complaint ice maker is not working. Checked the ice maker and found the twist tray never made it back to the home position. Gave the customer an estimate for the parts and labor of $ 414.03. The customer is going with the repair. Installed the new ice maker and tested it. The ice maker is cycling around with no problems. Advised the customer to throw the first three bathes of ice away (FCC).
