She was friendly, professional, incredibly knowledgeable, patient and thorough in answering my many questions, well-trained in every aspect of repair, and just overall EXCEPTIONAL! None of my business if your employees (including Bryan and Horace who, too, were GREAT when they were here!) are receiving bonuses during this risky time being around strangers and in and out of their homes all day every day, but they deserve it! If not for the many visits my fridge required, I don't know who I would've turned to. A big THANK YOU for the employees who are taking the risk to keep us customers from stressing over things out of our control, and hopefully they are being well taken care of by the powers-that-be.
