Freezer: this time he looked at the ice accumulation but did nothing (except a phone call), said we'd have to live with it. Washer: replaced yet another piece (mother board?), after last week replacing other parts; he said it was not repairable (a software issue) and we'd have to call the insurance co.

Great work 8nsight as he knew what to check first. He discovered the contractors install was not secured properly so he corrected it and bingo...problem solved. Funny because when I called the contractor back to inform him the dishwasher was not working his reply was “sorry, not in our scope of work”. Must have been a preexisting condition. Lol.
