Joseph was very professional & went through the required company (Whirlpool) troubleshooting techniques in an effort to correct the problem of our Whirlpool refrigerator. After all of suggested fixes didn't work he declared the fridge. was non-reparable. Joseph called Whirlpool by himself then told us to expect a call from Whirlpool in 3 - 5 business days to discuss replacing the unit with new fridge.
