Forgot to re-install dishwasher/Parts took a long time

I recently had my microwave lightbulb replaced and it took 4 weeks from initial visit to complete the repair, even though they had the model number and knew they were replacing a lightbulb prior to the initial visit. They also replaced the latch to my dishwasher, but neglected to bolt it back into place under the countertop, so now the dishwasher rocks back and forth and the dishwasher still randomly opens during the cycle.

Hello! We had a good experience with Brandon fixing our fridge, but we were let down by the scheduling experience. It was difficult for me getting an appointment time at 7:45 the night before the next day's appointment, as I did not have adequate time to inform my boss that I would need to leave during the day. It would be extremely helpful to get an appointment time during regular working hours so that I have enough time to inform my boss of the next day's plans.
