I booked the service with Whirlpool and was told it would be scheduled. It was then cancelled due to an employee not showing up, then the day the technician showed up I was told he couldn't do anything because I owned a stackable unit and would need to pay an additional fee of $150 for another person to help.
Solved the problem.
