The appointment time took, in my opinion, too long. It was several weeks out. Then the part had to be ordered. Another couple weeks. Our service guy, however, was on time, friendly, helpful, and seemed to know what he was doing. The 3 stars for service reflects the whole experience. Our service guy, 5 stars.

We had an issue with a new appliance and contacted the manufacturer. Manufacturer scheduled service through Flamingo, and we are very happy they did. Flamingo immediately contacted us, scheduled an appointment and communicated every step of the process. Great service tech! However, very difficult to get Flamingo and parent service provider, Whirlpool, to communicate correctly resulting in 2 week delay - very frustrating when Flamingo kept insisting it was this customer’s problem to get correct permissions/work order to Flamingo.
