Incompetent staff and dishonest company

The service tech only pushed dishwasher partially back in original location and did not secure it in any way. Also took the original mounting screws so that dishwasher cannot be secured without purchasing new screws. Dishwasher tips forward when open creating a safety hazard. When contacting the company to resolve issue they were told not to send same incompetent tech. Was told they were sending someone else. After waiting almost a week I received an email the night before the appointment showing they were sending the same tech. When contacting the company the second customer service representative said he was the only tech working that area. Company will not stand behind the work of their techs and now I must pay another company to resolve the issue this tech created.

Technicians were courteous and professional. However, the first technician did not connect the hose to my washing machine correctly, resulting in a leak. Rather than him coming back out within a reasonably short period of time to address the issue, I had to call and request another visit. This delayed the use of my washing machine by another 2 weeks (mind you, my machine had already been out of commission for 6 weeks). In addition to having to open up another work order, we lost time from work to receive the technician. I’m thrilled that my machine is working again, but could have done without the hassle in order to get to this point.
