Tech only spent a few mins looking at my washer which is only 1 yr old and shakes violently when in use. Tech did not check out anything in back of machine and was rude. I will never buy another MAYTAG appliance of any kind and this is my second washer dryer MAYTAG set. Terrible warranty service and product. I guess I am stuck with a washer that shakes so violently it rattles my half bath until I can get rid of it.

Elisa was very pleasant and very professional. Unfortunately the service tech before her, diagnosed the issue incorrectly and left her in a bind. He was even given the previous diagnosis from another certified tech. I had a huge problem with the double dipping technique you used to charge me. A diagnostic fee?? Which doesn’t even get applied to the service, Which, by the way turned out to be absolutely incorrect. No offered refund for the extra 12 days of inconvenience because the original tech was too prideful to listen. Then a repair fee of 2 hrs. Which took all of 12 min. In total time, it took Flamingo 23 days to get my stove workable...I would suggest you rate that and you tell me! I feel very taken advantage of! The only saving grace you had was Elisa. Without her intervention on Flamingos behalf, I would have you on Yelp for being a really crappy service company, where money, seemingly, is your first objective! That’s as honest as I can be. The stove now works. Which I’m thankful for. Elisa should be compensated much higher for having to deal with how she was set up for failure. Not a good look Flamingo!
