The service technician ordered, and replaced our dryer drum. However, the new dryer drum was full of dark dust. The technician attempted to clean the dust away with paper towel. Once the technician completed the job, and left. I had to use a wet cloth to clean the drum.

I set unit to hold heat 170, tested the unit it reached 185 then dropped to 182 then to 181 then 179 then to 172. the customer said they was going to keep oven on 170 for a couple of hours. I advised the customer they can only keep it in hold harm for 1 hrs otherwise they are cooking the food. i also advised the customer they could change tempature to 100. I called techline ref# 7729028205 customer was unhappy with diagnostics."

Found large ice block in ice chute, after removing ice bucket, the ice block removed very easy from ice bucket. Reinstalled ice bucket unit is dispensing at this time after removing blockage. Notice cubes are misshaped, not uniform in shape and size. Checked measure fill and noticed a very small water stream from dispenser, at one cup request unit barely dispenser a 1/10 of a cup. Removed filter for comparison, started with empty cup and had to stop the request for measure fill as display hit 1/4 cup I had over 2 cups in glass. Calling Tech line as requested, for return issue of not dispensing ice. Dave @ tech line requested customer to replace the filter at this time, both issues can be related to water supply or lack there of.
