Brandon is incredibly professional. We had a panel ready compacter installed & our issue is the foot pedal not releasing easily. He completely removed the appliance & kept working at it till it operated better. He excused himself to notify his next customer that he would be running late as he was with us for a while. He also called the main office just to ensure he isn't missing anything. The pedal operation has improved.

Brandon B first came in late November and told me I needed a replacement part for my 3 month old washing machine and I was angry because they told me 24 days was the wait. And I bought this brand appliance cuz it was made in US. However he was so apologetic and sweet it was hard to stay angry - at least with him. He was even sweeter when he came with the part. He is both competent and sweet. A very good employee.

My experience was the worst will never use this place again. I had 2 people come out to repair the same person and one of the guys came twice, and the problem wasn’t fixed. Was told the first time the ice machine was repaired and it was’t sent the same guy out a second time charged me and still wasn’t repaired, I asked for a different guy the third time and he said non of the parts for the ice maker was replaced. They was going to send the same guy out they sent the first time to replace the part and charge me 200.00 because now it’s not under warranty, after 3 times coming out. I didn’t think it was right because they came back and said I didn’t call the first time for the ice maker, but I know I did. I didn’t like how this was handled. We never use again and tell my friends about my experience.

Brandon was both courteous and efficient - he did a great job. My main issues was having to wait 2 weeks for service to found out the part had to be ordered and would take another week to arrive. So overall scheduling was somewhat inconvenient but am happy with the service.

Technician was very nice. He was running late and let me know. He correctly diagnosed a clogged drain. However he was unable to unclog the drain on my refrigerator. He said he tried to put a stick into the drain but it would not go. He said he gave a code to whirlpool. When I called Whirlpool I was told it was not repairable and would have to buy a new refrigerator. I called a different company the next day whose service fee was half of flamingos ($65 not $136). They unclogged the frozen drain with a steamer in no time. Apparently y'all don’t know how to do that. Would love to get my $136 back.
