She was friendly, professional, incredibly knowledgeable, patient and thorough in answering my many questions, well-trained in every aspect of repair, and just overall EXCEPTIONAL! None of my business if your employees (including Bryan and Horace who, too, were GREAT when they were here!) are receiving bonuses during this risky time being around strangers and in and out of their homes all day every day, but they deserve it! If not for the many visits my fridge required, I don't know who I would've turned to. DRYER MAYTAG MED7230HW0 "Tested dryer, getting proper voltage. Checked and found exhaust thermistor open, replaced. Tested, hold start and unit counts down but never engages motor. Checked belt switch and motor and thermal fuse, all test good. Replaced wire harness, tested with same results. Called tech line and spoke with Butch, found an open line in motor circuit. He said it would be in the motor, belt switch, thermal fuse or harness. Replaced motor and belt switch, already replaced harness which came with new thermal fuse. Tested, same results. Noticed selector knob not recognizing regular or quick dry. Informed Butch, he stated check service pointer for that problem and correct. Did so, did not change. Called tech line back, spoke with Bruce, turning unit in WP advisor. Will contact customer with next steps."
