The young man who came to our home from Flamingo Appliance Repair was one of the best repair man that I have ever encountered. He was so polite and respectful and really cared about being neat and clean while working on our dishwasher. He was right on time which says a lot for a company. Our dishwasher was two days out of warranty and he called the company for us and got them to honor the warranty. I was very impressed with his wonderful customer service skills. I would definitely recommend this company to friends and family.

The service man was on time and knew the problem right away. However he told me that he would send me an email within 10 minutes after leaving telling what the problem was. Well I didn’t get the email that day and I had to call Whirlpool. I eventually had to call Whirlpool three times in order to get that email. I don’t feel that end of the service was very good.
